By accessing or using the Drift No More website at driftnomore.com (the "Site") or joining our waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site.

2. Who We Are

Drift No More LLC ("Drift No More," "we," "us," or "our") is a company based in Orange County, California, USA. We are developing a mobile application to help adults find genuine friendships based on shared interests.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Site or join our waitlist. By using our Site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, please do not use our Site or provide any information to us.

By submitting your email address to our waitlist, you agree to receive emails from Drift No More regarding our app launch, product updates, and related announcements. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send you.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Drift No More app or any specific features. We reserve the right to modify, delay, or cancel the app launch at any time.

All content on the Site — including but not limited to the Drift No More name, logo, tagline, design, text, and graphics — is the property of Drift No More LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drift No More LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our waitlist, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed $100.
